Tennessee Corrections Institute is hosting training for Plan of Action agencies.
Full Description
This class will focus on the development of the POA and reporting procedures. The information provided will assist those who are involved with the process and ensure each agency complies with the POA requirements.

Topics will include Plan of Action development—monthly reporting of progress. The procedural steps discussed include gathering data for analysis for jail studies. Jim Hart Field manager with CTAS will be instructing.

TCI is offering this class to POA-participating agencies only. Hotel rooms will be covered if the participants drive from a starting point 50 miles away. All others will need to commute.  This class is designed for those who prepare the documents for the initial POA and do the monthly reporting
