This 3-day FTO class will replace the previous 3T course.
Full Description
The FTO class will help prepare the attendee on ways to train the newly hired officer at their agency. There will be classroom portions as well as scenario based training. The student will be exposed to a variety of training methods to help them formulate their own training method.
